Directions for use
Manufacturer-recommended daily amount: 1 tablet a day with water. This product does not cure disease or enhance health beyond normal levels through excessive intake. Keep to the daily amount. Excess zinc intake may impair copper absorption, so avoid overconsumption. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for (per the maker): people currently undergoing medical treatment, infants and children (under 18). Those on medication should consult a doctor before use.
