Perfect Asta Collagen Powder Premier Rich by Asahi: a collagen powder for an everyday beauty routine from within. Each 7.5 g serving has 5,500 mg low molecular collagen with nano collagen plus 15 more beauty ingredients: placenta extract, hyaluronic acid, lemon balm extract, vitamins B1, B6, B12 and C, lactic acid bacteria, dietary fibre, glucosamine, CoQ10, ceramide, shell ginger leaf extract, royal jelly and edible bird's nest. Asahi notes that the body's collagen decreases with age and suggests about 5,000 mg a day, taken regularly. Dissolves quickly and barely changes the taste, so it works in coffee, cocoa, soup, yogurt and hot or cold drinks.
