Perfect Asta Collagen Powder by Asahi: a collagen powder for an everyday beauty routine from within. Each 7.4 g serving has 5,300 mg low molecular collagen plus 11 more beauty ingredients: hyaluronic acid, vitamin C (100 mg, a full day's reference amount in Japan), lactic acid bacteria, dietary fibre, vitamins B1, B6, B12, lemon balm extract, elastin, glucosamine and CoQ10. Asahi notes that the body's collagen decreases with age and suggests about 5,000 mg a day, taken regularly. Reformulated in 2025 so the collagen taste and smell are less noticeable; it dissolves easily in coffee, tea, soup and other drinks and dishes.

Directions for use
Contents: 225 g (about 30 days at 1 serving a day).
