Eurasia Japan sources original Japanese household products, cosmetics, personal care items and supplements from Japanese manufacturers, their distributors and Japanese retail stores, and ships them from Japan straight to you in any of the countries we deliver to (see the list on the Delivery page).
How We Source Products
Every product is bought in Japan: from manufacturers, their distributors and major Japanese retailers, and shipped from Tokyo. Before dispatch we check that the packaging is intact and the JAN barcode matches your order.

Shipping Restrictions
Some products can't be shipped by air under hazardous-goods rules and are not offered for sale. Import duties and taxes of your country, if any, are paid by the recipient.
Cancellations & Returns
Contact us right away to cancel before your order ships. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery (return shipping paid by the customer). Damaged or wrong items: send us photos within 7 days of delivery.

We pack, check and ship your order from Japan by EMS or another tracked carrier.

You get a tracking number and can follow your package until it's delivered.
