EURASIA JAPANJapan to the world

How to Use This Site

Everything you need to know to browse, order and track a purchase from Eurasia Japan.

The short version

Key rules in one place. The full wording in the Shipping Terms, Delivery Terms and Returns & Claims prevails.

  • Cancellation: within 48 hours of payment and only before dispatch; refund to the original card, usually 5-10 business days via Stripe.
  • Wrong or missing item: email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box, label and contents; if it is our fault, we send the item or refund its price; no postal report needed.
  • Damaged in transit: photograph the box and item, get a damage report at your post office and email us within 7 days; we file a claim with Japan Post (2 weeks to 6 months), then replace or refund the damaged item.
  • Lost parcel: once the carrier confirms the loss, we refund the goods and the shipping cost.
  • Dispatch: usually 3-5 business days for warehouse items, 7-10 for items sourced to order; EMS transit usually 5-14 days after dispatch. Estimates, not guarantees.
  • Insurance: every parcel is insured for the full value of the goods at no extra charge; if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, the value of the goods is refunded once the carrier confirms the claim.
  • Taxes: for the USA, duty and clearance fee are paid at checkout (DDP); for other countries, duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the recipient.

Ordering

How is a retail order put together?+

Choose any products from the catalog. The cart automatically packs the order into parcels of up to 19 kg each, and you pay by card online. The minimum order is ¥22,000 in products.

How do I place an order?+

Browse the catalog, pick products and quantities, then go to your cart. Your items are grouped automatically into boxes of up to 19 kg each. At checkout, sign in or create a free account, then pay by card to confirm the order instantly; no manager review is needed.

Is there a minimum order?+

Yes: ¥22,000 in products. Shipping is not counted towards the minimum. The cart shows how much is left to add, and the checkout button becomes active once the minimum is reached. Exception: for Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Luxembourg, Portugal and Finland the minimum is ¥30,000 (at least €150): since July 2026 EU customs return cheaper parcels unless VAT was prepaid by the seller.

Does Daruma give medical advice? Can I take supplements safely?+

No. Daruma is an AI shopping assistant, not a doctor, pharmacist or nutritionist: it helps you find products and repeats what the manufacturer publishes (ingredients, directions, who the product is for). Our products are dietary supplements and cosmetics of the Japanese market, not medicines; they do not diagnose, treat or prevent disease. Please consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medicines, and follow the manufacturer's directions. Eurasia Japan only helps you buy the product; the decision to use it and how you use it is your responsibility. Full text: the Disclaimer & Health Notice page (link in the footer).

Do I need an account?+

Yes, an account is required to check out; this is what lets you see your order history, tracking and cashback afterwards. Creating one takes a minute: name, email, and an optional phone number.

Can I change or cancel an order?+

An order can be cancelled within 48 hours of payment while it has not shipped: email info@eurasaijp.com or message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number and the refund goes back to your card. After 48 hours we are already purchasing the goods for your order and cancellation is no longer possible; shipped orders cannot be cancelled. See Returns & Claims at the bottom of the page.

Payment

Is payment on this site secure?+

Yes. Card payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's largest payment processors. Your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and are never seen or stored by Eurasia Japan.

What cards and currencies are accepted?+

Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express, via Stripe. Prices are shown in your selected display currency for convenience, but are always charged in Japanese yen (JPY), our base currency and the authoritative amount.

Cashback

How does cashback work?+

5% of every order comes back to your account as cashback in yen once the order is delivered. Your level raises the rate: Gold gives 7% once your paid orders reach ¥500,000 (a single large order counts too), Platinum gives 10% from ¥1,000,000; the level and progress are shown in your account. Use any amount up to your balance at checkout on your next orders, in the "Pay with cashback" field. New customers can also spin the welcome wheel for ¥300 to ¥1,000 of cashback towards their first order. Cashback is store credit for purchases on this site; it is not paid out in cash.

Where do I see my cashback?+

In your account page; it also shows your full order history, the cashback earned or used on each order, and delivery status.

Shipping & Tracking

Which countries do you ship to?+

We ship orders from Tokyo to 110 countries, including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, all European Union countries, the USA, Canada and the UAE. The full list is on the Delivery page. We do not ship to Russia or Belarus.

How will my order be shipped?+

We ship internationally from Japan. Once your order ships, we add a tracking number and carrier to your account page; for EMS/Japan Post shipments, you'll also see a direct "Track package" link to the official tracking site.

Will I have to pay customs duties?+

For most countries import duties and taxes, if any, are charged to the recipient by the local customs or postal service. The United States is the exception: since 2025 parcels to the US must arrive with duty prepaid, so we calculate the US import duty (12.5% of the goods value) and the customs clearance fee at checkout and include them in your payment, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Indicative thresholds by country: see the table on the Delivery Terms page.

Where do I track my package?+

Open your account page and check the order; the tracking number and carrier appear there as soon as staff mark it shipped.

My tracking says "Dispatch from outward office of exchange". Has the parcel left Japan?+

Yes. This Japan Post status means the parcel has left the international exchange office in Japan and is on its way. The next update, "Arrival at inward office of exchange", appears when it reaches your country. After that, your local postal service's tracking page usually updates faster and in more detail than the Japan Post site.

What cannot be shipped from Japan?+

Japan Post and air carriers do not accept aerosols, flammable liquids (alcohol-based perfumes, nail polish), loose lithium batteries and power banks, e-cigarettes, plants and seeds, or CITES-protected items, so we do not sell them for shipping. Devices with a built-in battery and kitchen knives ship only to countries where Japan Post allows it; the checkout checks this for your country. Some cosmetics (sunscreens, liquid deodorants, foundations) need a composition document from the manufacturer. Full list: Shipping Terms at the bottom of the page.

Why is the minimum order higher for some EU countries?+

Since July 2026 Japan Post does not accept parcels with goods under €150 to Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg and Portugal: such parcels need VAT prepaid by the seller through the EU IOSS system, and customs in these countries return them. A parcel with goods of €150 or more goes through regular customs clearance instead, with VAT and duty paid by the recipient on delivery. That is why the minimum for these countries is ¥30,000 in products; other EU countries keep the standard ¥22,000.

What do I pay on delivery in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan or Uzbekistan?+

Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan follow the EAEU rule: a parcel with goods up to €200 and 31 kg is duty-free. Above that, from 1 July 2026, customs charge 5% of the full value (at least €1 per kg), and in Kazakhstan 16% VAT on top. Uzbekistan: postal parcels up to USD 100 are free of charges; above that a single customs payment applies. Amounts are indicative, the final figure is set by local customs; see the table on the Delivery Terms page.

Products & Returns

Are these authentic Japanese products?+

Yes. Every product comes from a verified Japanese manufacturer or authorized distributor, never grey-market resellers. We check the JAN barcode, packaging condition and expiry dates before anything ships.

What if an item arrives damaged or wrong?+

Within 7 days of delivery: photograph the outer box, the label, the inner packaging and the item; for damage, obtain a damage report (CN24) at your local post office; then email your claim to info@eurasaijp.com with your order number. Keep the box and the item until the case is closed. There are no change-of-mind returns: cosmetics, supplements and food cannot be taken back. Full procedure: Returns & Claims.
