Eurasia Japan Co., Ltd. (〒104-0053 Tokyo, Chuo-ku, Harumi 3-6-8, Japan, info@eurasaijp.com) sells original Japanese products through this website to the countries listed on the Delivery page. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
1. Orders
Orders are confirmed automatically once payment is received and can be cancelled within 48 hours of payment while not yet shipped; after that we purchase the goods for your order. The minimum order is ¥22,000 in products; shipping is not counted towards it. Each parcel holds up to 19 kg; larger quantities are simply split into several parcels. Dispatch, delivery and claims are governed by our Shipping Terms, Delivery Terms and Returns & Claims, which form part of these terms, as is the Disclaimer & Health Notice (supplements and cosmetics are used at your own responsibility; we are a retailer, not a medical adviser). 2. Pricing & currency
All prices are calculated in Japanese yen (JPY), our base currency, and converted to your selected display currency for convenience only; the JPY amount is authoritative. Prices can change without notice until an order is confirmed.
3. Payment
Orders are paid online at checkout via Stripe. The charge is made in Japanese yen (JPY); if your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate. We never see or store your card details.
4. Cashback
Registered customers receive cashback equal to 5% of the paid order value once the order has been delivered. Cashback is credited to the customer's account on this site in Japanese yen and can be used to pay for future orders. It is store credit: it is not paid out in cash, cannot be transferred, and the program may change or end at any time.
5. Shipping, customs & restrictions
Orders ship from Japan with tracking. Delivery times depend on the carrier and the destination country and are not guaranteed. Some products cannot be shipped by air under hazardous-goods rules and are not offered for sale. Import duties, taxes and customs fees of the destination country, if any, are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient. Exception for the United States: the US import duty and customs clearance fee are calculated at checkout and included in your payment (DDP), so nothing is due on delivery.
6. Cancellation, damaged items & returns
Cancellation: an order can be cancelled within 48 hours of payment and only before it ships. Contact us on WhatsApp, Telegram or at info@eurasaijp.com; the refund goes back to the card used for payment. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, cancellation and change-of-mind returns are not possible: cosmetics, supplements and food cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Damaged, wrong or missing items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the outer box, inner packaging, shipping label and the item itself, and keep the box, packaging and item until the case is closed. If the box is damaged or has been opened when it is delivered, open it in the presence of the postal worker or refuse the parcel. For transit damage the carrier may require a damage report (CN24) from your local post office; without it no compensation can be paid. We file the claim with Japan Post; once the carrier confirms the damage (usually from 2 weeks) you receive a replacement or a refund of the item price. Parcels not collected, refused by customs or returned because of an incorrect address: the shipping cost is not refunded; the item price is refunded once the parcel is back in Japan, less the return shipping cost. Refunds are made only to the original payment method.
7. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. This site sells internationally and is not specifically directed at any single country's consumer protection regime.
