Daily serving (2 tablets) provides: folic acid 480µg, iron 15.0mg, calcium 90mg, vitamin B12 2.4µg (60% of Japan's reference value), plus vitamin B1 1.2mg, vitamin B6 1.8mg, vitamin C 100mg, vitamin D 8.5-20.0µg and spore-forming lactic acid bacteria (added during manufacturing, 100 million cells). The maker cautions not to exceed 900µg of folic acid per day. Recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Directions for use
Manufacturer-recommended daily amount: 2 tablets a day with water. Do not exceed 900µg of folic acid per day. This product does not cure disease or enhance health beyond normal levels through excessive intake. Spots or uneven color from raw materials, or changes in color/smell, may occur. Consume soon after opening and reseal the pack tightly; exposure to moisture may cause discoloration. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for (per the maker): people currently undergoing medical treatment, infants and children (under 18). Those on medication should consult a doctor before use. Allergens: none disclosed by the maker.
