Directions for use
Manufacturer-recommended daily amount: 1 tablet a day with water. This product does not cure disease or enhance health beyond normal levels through excessive intake. Keep to the daily amount. Urine may turn yellow due to vitamin B2; this is harmless. Spots or uneven color from raw materials, or changes in color/smell, may occur. Consume soon after opening and reseal the pack tightly. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for (per the maker): people currently undergoing medical treatment, infants and children (under 18). Those on medication should consult a doctor before use. Allergens: none disclosed by the maker.

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from Japan by EMS (Japan Post). Delivery time depends on your destination country. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.
