Directions for use
Maker-recommended daily amount: 2 tablets per day with water. This product is not intended to cure disease or otherwise enhance health through excessive intake. Follow the recommended daily amount. Infants and children should avoid use. Women within 3 months of pregnancy or hoping to conceive should be careful not to take excess vitamin A. Those under medical treatment or taking medication should consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children. In rare cases the product may not suit some individuals. Discontinue use if this occurs. Vitamin B2 may turn urine yellow; this is normal. Not recommended for (per the maker): those under medical treatment, infants and children under 18. Allergens: none specified by the maker.
