Directions for use

Net weight: 58.4 g (30 packets of 7 pcs). Daily intake: 1 to 2 packets. • Do not exceed the daily intake; take with water or another drink. • If you have food allergies, check the ingredients and do not take the product. Rarely it may not suit your constitution or condition; in that case stop taking it. • Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children. • If you take medication or are under medical care, consult your doctor. • Do not take if you are on warfarin or other anticoagulants. • Vitamin B2 may temporarily turn urine yellow. • The product absorbs moisture easily and may occasionally turn cloudy; this does not affect quality. • There may be an odor typical of the ingredients, and occasionally spots or color differences on tablets; this does not affect quality. • Keep out of reach of infants and small children. • Do not touch with wet hands; handle hygienically. • Consume immediately after opening a packet. • Do not eat the desiccant. • Store away from direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity; close the zipper firmly after opening. • Food with nutrient function claims: biotin is a nutrient that helps maintain healthy skin and mucous membranes. • Taking large amounts will not cure disease or further improve health; follow the daily intake. • Unlike FOSHU products, it has not been individually reviewed by the Consumer Affairs Agency of Japan.
