Buy Japanese Products Shipped to Germany from Tokyo

Eurasia Japan ships original Japanese products to Germany directly from Tokyo by Japan Post with tracking. Delivery rules for European Union countries, including the IOSS system and VAT thresholds, are the same across the EU and listed below. Every product is a single retail pack with a JAN code from a Japanese manufacturer.

How to order

  1. Pick products in the catalog: each one lists the manufacturer's specifications, ingredients and directions for use.
  2. The cart groups your order into parcels of up to 19 kg and shows the minimum order for your country.
  3. Sign in or create an account and pay by card via Stripe: the order is confirmed instantly, no manager review needed.
  4. Once the parcel ships, a tracking number appears in your account.

Currency

Prices on the site are shown in Japanese yen, and card payments are charged in yen as well. For convenience, the currency switcher in the header can display prices in US dollars and a few other currencies.

Customs and taxes

Minimum order for Germany: ¥30,000 in products (at least €150). Our rule: since July 2026 EU customs return cheaper parcels without prepaid VAT, and Japan Post does not accept IOSS mail to this country.

VAT and duty of the destination country, if charged, are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Threshold: VAT on any value, duty from €150

The recipient pays the destination country's VAT, duty from €150 and the postal clearance fee on delivery. Since July 2026 Japan Post does not accept parcels with goods under €150 to Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg and Portugal, so the minimum for them is ¥30,000 in products.

EU VAT and duty for this country are paid by the recipient on delivery: the seller is not yet registered with the IOSS system.

Indicative, checked on 15 September 2026 against official sources and carrier tables. The threshold applies to the value of the goods, in most countries together with shipping. The final amount is set by customs in the destination country; these charges are not included in the price and are not refunded.

What cannot be shipped

  • Kitchen knives can be shipped to this country: they are packed with the blade covered.
  • Devices with a built-in lithium battery are currently not shipped to this country.
  • Japan Post does not accept aerosols, flammable liquids and oxidisers (including bleach-type products), loose lithium batteries and power banks, e-cigarettes, or items made from CITES-protected species for international mail, so we do not sell these items for shipping abroad.
