Directions for use
Take 2 capsules a day with water or lukewarm water. Do not exceed the daily amount. Stop taking if you feel unwell. If you have food allergies, check the ingredients. If you take medication, are under treatment or pregnant, consult a doctor first. Capsule color may vary slightly because natural ingredients are used; quality is not affected. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity, out of reach of children. After opening, close the pouch tightly and use as soon as possible.
