Directions for use
Manufacturer's recommended daily amount: 1 tablet per day, taken with water. Follow the recommended daily amount. Important: total daily folic acid intake from all sources should not exceed 900 µg. Not recommended for infants and children. Keep out of reach of children. In rare cases the product may not suit some individuals. Discontinue use if this occurs. A yellowish tint from the raw ingredients may be visible; this does not affect quality. The tablets may discolor if they get wet, so avoid handling them with wet hands or exposing them to water droplets. Not recommended for (per the manufacturer): people undergoing treatment; infants and children (under 18). Allergens: not specified by the manufacturer.

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from Japan by EMS (Japan Post). Delivery time depends on your destination country. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.
