Shimomura Kihan vegetable peeler with curved blade Sugokire Kaisoku Peeler 39956, 1 pc
All stainless steel vegetable peeler made in Japan. The curved blade follows the round shape of vegetables and stays in close contact, so according to the maker peeling is about 130% as fast as with a straight blade (for foods up to 70 mm in diameter). It removes skin in a very thin, almost translucent layer without waste and also handles bumpy potatoes smoothly. Eye removers are on both sides, so it is easy to use for left handed people too.

How to use and care
Press the curved blade against the vegetable and draw it along the surface to take off a thin layer of skin; remove potato eyes with the side tip. Suitable for daikon, carrots, potatoes and other vegetables. It is dishwasher safe, so it stays hygienic and is easy to care for.
