How to use and care

Use on clean skin after removing makeup and washing your face; always remove contact lenses before eye area care. The device must be used together with serum or gel, or eye sheet masks. Recommended routine: cleansing, face wash, toner, serum, eye sheet mask, MATE treatment, moisturizing finish. Apply a suitable amount of serum or gel to the area. Press and hold the power button on the bottom of the body to turn it on; it starts at the weak level (purple light), press again for medium (orange light) and again for strong (red light). The weak level is recommended for first use. Glide the head gently: in small circles at the outer corner of the eye, moving from the side of the nose to the outer corner; from bottom to top, lifting the skin; from between the eyebrows out to both sides; from the forehead up to the hairline. If gliding worsens, add serum or gel so as not to strain the skin. Guideline: once a day for about 5 to 10 minutes, depending on skin condition. The device turns off automatically 10 minutes after it starts; to stop early, press and hold the power button. Warmth may not be noticeable at first and builds gradually after a few minutes. Finish with moisturizing cream or gel. After use, wipe the head with tissue; never wash the device with water. • Never use with or near a pacemaker or other implanted medical electronic devices, life-support equipment, wearable medical devices (ECG monitors, IV drips) or home electrotherapy devices. • Never use while bathing; not for intoxicated people, people with intellectual disabilities, people unable to communicate their condition or with loss of temperature sensation. Remove jewelry and watches before use. • Do not use if you have heart disease, facial nerve disorders, diabetes, bleeding disorders, epilepsy, tuberculosis, immunosuppressive disease, hemophilia or other blood disorders, high blood pressure (including 180 mmHg or higher), anemia, ongoing dental treatment, current or past retinal detachment, past eye surgery, metal, silicone or plastic implants in the face or body, after-effects of head or eye injury, especially sensitive skin, facial skin disease (melanosis, atopic dermatitis, etc.), capillary dilation from long-term steroid use or liver dysfunction, allergic disease, facial injuries or burns, or during menstruation, pregnancy or breastfeeding; not for young or growing children. • Do not use when unwell, very tired, feverish, after drinking or while taking medicine, while driving or doing work that requires concentration; with dermatitis or excessive sunburn, on wounds, around the ears, on areas epilated that day or after cosmetic surgery, on the upper eyelids, eyeballs, mucous membranes or the Adam's apple area. • Consult a doctor before use if you have had a serious illness, have an acute, febrile or infectious disease or a malignant tumor, or had surgery, laser treatment or deep chemical peeling on the area within the past 3 months. • Do not use on the same area for a long time or hold the head in one place; do not look directly at the indicator light. Adjust the level while watching your skin at first; if you have had skin problems before, do a patch test on the arm first. • Stop use immediately if you feel pain, rash, redness, itching or unusual heat.
