SK-II's iconic essence, made with over 90% of the proprietary ingredient Pitera, a Galactomyces ferment filtrate produced from a special yeast strain through SK-II's own fermentation process. According to the brand, one bottle delivers three powers: a booster that prepares skin for the products that follow, a lotion that penetrates quickly down to 10 layers of the stratum corneum, and an essence rich in over 50 vitamins, amino acids and minerals. It addresses the root of many skin concerns, including visible pores and dullness caused by dryness, fine dryness lines and rough texture, for fresh, clear skin that looks like your ideal foundation every morning. Suitable for normal, dry, oily and combination skin.

Directions for use
1. Pour essence the size of a 100 yen coin into your palm. 2. Press your palms together and gently press the essence onto the cheeks, from the inside outward. 3. Take more essence and carefully smooth it over the forehead, nose, around the mouth and the whole face; repeat as needed. Use twice a day, morning and evening. • Do not use if you have wounds, eczema or other skin problems. • If redness, itching, irritation or other problems appear during use, stop using the product and consult a dermatologist; continued use may worsen the symptoms. • Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and consult a doctor if irritation persists. • Close the cap tightly after use. • Keep out of reach of small children.
