How to use and care
How often: the maker recommends 3 times a week, about 10 minutes for the whole face. No gel, cooling or special cosmetics needed. Before use: remove makeup and wash your face, apply the device to clean dry skin. 1. Choose a mode. Hold the power and mode switch for about 3 seconds to turn it on. Each press switches between AUTO (whole face) and SHOT (specific spots). 2. Flash. Press the treatment surface lightly against the skin and press START: the red light comes on and white light flashes twice. Move the device so the areas follow each other without gaps. If the device does not touch skin for 10 seconds after START, the indicator blinks again; place it on the skin and press START again. Treat the left and right sides of the face the same way. Hold the surface horizontally under the nose and under the eyes, horizontally on the neck and vertically on the decollete. 3. After the treatment, apply your usual skincare. No goggles are needed; if the light feels bright, close your eyes while flashing. If flashing stops, lift the device about 30 cm from the skin for 5 seconds; if that does not help, unplug it from the device socket, plug it back in and turn it on. Do not aim it at the eyes or use it on eyelids, eyebrows, lips or ears, on skin with inflammation, heavy sunburn or wounds, on areas after surgery (including cosmetic) or on tattoos, including permanent makeup. Do not use the device: if you have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device (keep the device away from it); with facial nerve disorders; with skin diseases or atopic dermatitis; with skin allergies or skin easily irritated by cosmetics, clothing or metal; if sunlight easily damages your skin; for growing children or people who cannot say how they feel; during pregnancy or possible pregnancy; when feeling unwell. Wait 1 week after taking medication; if you take medication regularly, consult a dermatologist, as some make the skin more sensitive to light. Care: after each use unplug the device and wipe the treatment surface, light window and vents with a soft dry cloth. Do not wash the device or wipe it with a damp cloth.
