Directions for use
How to use (refilling the bottle): Pour the product into the "Humming (Fresh Rose scent)" bottle. Do not mix with another fabric softener: the liquid may turn cloudy or thicken and become unusable. Keep the pack upright with the cap firmly closed after refilling to avoid leaks; use up the contents promptly once refilled; do not use this pack as a stand-alone container. • Do not use for any other purpose; keep out of children's reach • avoid getting the undiluted liquid on clothing or in eyes • if using an automatic dispenser, follow your washing machine's instructions • store away from high/low temperatures and direct sunlight.

- • Import duties and taxes of your country, if any, are paid by the recipient. For the USA the import duty is calculated and paid at checkout (DDP): nothing to pay on delivery.
- • Cancellation is possible within 48 hours of payment and only before dispatch. No change-of-mind returns: cosmetics, supplements and food cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons.
- • Damaged, wrong or missing item: photograph the box and the item, obtain a damage report at your post office and email us within 7 days of delivery. Every parcel is insured for the full value of the goods; compensation follows the Japan Post claim procedure.

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from Japan by EMS (Japan Post). Delivery time depends on your destination country. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.
